SkateXS GiftCard/Skateboard purchase

I purchased the SkateXS Giftcard for our son for Christmas as he really wanted a skateboard. SkateXS's site is user friendly and the skateboard my son purchased is really nice. Great quality and really nice looking skateboard. I would highly recommend SkateXS for anyone looking to purchase a skateboard. Our son also enjoys watching the videos of SkateXS kids showing what they have learned or can do on their skateboards. K. Grant

That is so cool. I really appreciate all your comments and way to go having your son check out the skate team videos, super great way to learn and get inspired. Thank you for such a nice review!

It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.

Got the beginner complete skateboard package for my 8-year-old son for Xmas. He couldn't have been happier and we've hardly been able to get him off of it ever since. The weather here in Cincinnati hasn't exactly been ideal for getting outside, but he's wearing grooves in the kitchen floor and we are finally going to get to an indoor skatepark this weekend for a lesson and some free skating time. As the guy paying the bill, I am extremely impressed with this board, it is vastly superior to anything you can pick up off the shelf at your local megastore and I love the fact that it is specifically geared for kids but still has a professional feel. And the customization options were great. He loved being able to pick the deck, wheels, and grip tape. I have no doubt it will hold up to whatever he can dish out. It was a bit of a pricey gamble for a kid who has never been on a board in his life, but I already feel like we have gotten our money's worth. In the words of Ferris Bueller...

Did we just get compared to a 1961 Ferrari 250GT California? We'll take it! So cool to hear your story Robert. Sounds like your son has got the skateboarding bug for sure. Here's hoping for an early spring in Ohio! Thanks again for such a thoughtful and clever review, really appreciate it!
